Michael Jackson’s Thriller album is still working its magic as the late great, King of Pop has reached a new milestone as of yesterday. His album has officially sold 30 million copies in the United States, making MJ the first artist ever to attain 30-time multiplatinum status according to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Overseas, the album has proven to be even more popular, with a total of 100 million copies sold worldwide since its 1982 drop.
