Over the years I have seen a number of companies literally fall apart because the people involved didn’t have a conversation regarding the financials entailed with the events they are part of… whether its the cost of making the event happen, the exposure, the support staff or the cost of marketing, sometimes things may appear to be one-sided until you actually do the math and homework and really address this conversation with the decision makers of the company you are working with.
