50 Cent has been a huge presence in hip-hop for years. The Jamaica, Queens native first burst onto the scene in the late ‘90s after learning the ropes from the legendary Jam Master Jay. Soon after, he was dropping acclaimed mixtapes like ’50 Cent is the Future’ and ‘No Mercy, No Fear’ that eventually gave way to multi-Platinum albums like ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin” and ‘The Massacre.’ Along the way, he formed his G-Unit collective alongside Tony Yayo, Young Buck, and Lloyd Banks, and participated in a revolving series of beefs with rappers like Ja Rule, The Game, and Rick Ross.
