Nicki Minaj’s newly released album The Pinkprint is considered by many to be her most personal and introspective project yet. To further promoter her third solo LP, the rapper-mogul shows off her acting skills in the 16-minute movie The Pinkprint. Created and starring Nicki Minaj, the short-film is divided into three acts, centered around three records off the album: “The Crying Game,” “I Lied,” and “Grand Piano.” Co-starring Willy Monfret and Boris Kodjoe, the film focuses on the insecurities, heartbreak, and overall emotions from the highs and lows of love.
